About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations Specialist in our Operations Team to assist with experimental products within DoorDash Labs. In this role, you’ll work with multiple stakeholders including Product and Engineering (hardware and software) to assist with the various tasks relative to the deployment and sustenance of experimental products. Which includes, but is not limited to; Traveling to merchants for the training staff, on-site audits to gauge product performance, data collection, as well as debugging for various new product features.

- Enjoy working closely with merchants and dashers and being obsessively focused on aspects of the product that benefit them

- Enthusiastic about traveling and experience our technology in merchants with differing footprints, both domestic and potential international travel
- Works collaboratively with others, but thrives in self sufficiency and taking ownership of key functionalities of a product
- Familiarity with ticketing tools to collect feedback, schedule fixes, and track progress
- 2+ years of experience or strong interest in the space

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
