The Product team is at the center of building DoorDash products that consumers, merchants dashers, and agents use every day. This team is passionate and user-obsessed with creating products that will be transformative and impactful for all who interact with them. It goes way beyond building a good product; it’s an obsession to build the best product for all DoorDash users
Our Product Structure
Ads & Data Platform
Builds best ways for Restaurants + Brands to grow their businesses.
Consumer
Owns end-to-end consumer app experiences for both mobile and desktop. Focus areas include discovery & search, shopping experience, DoubleDash, DashPass, and more.
Operational Excellence (OpEx)
Ensures flawless delivery experience and customer support. Builds customer and agent-facing products and tools to impact customer satisfaction and cost metrics. Also focuses on fraud prevention & trust and safety measures.
New Verticals
Accelerates invention and progress of new categories, verticals, and products by building powerful tools to manage the marketplace. Builds experiences that make DoorDash a destination for everything in your city, not just restaurant food.
Growth
Once a product has a market fit, brings excellence in growing the customer base (GMV) and user retention (MAUs).
Merchant & Drive
Enhances Merchant experiences by providing more cohesive product and service offerings.
Merchant: Focuses on the growth and health of Merchants on the DoorDash App.
Drive: Expands beyond core offerings to empower any Merchant to build and operate their own end-to-end solution.
Logistics
Empowers high-quality and efficient deliveries while building the best gig platform with financial mobility/flexibility on the planet. Works to be the operating partner of choice for Merchants while ensuring quality of delivery to Consumers.

Virtual Interview Process
Recruiter Phone Screen
In the first step of the process, you will speak with our recruitment team in a 30-minute call about what you’ve worked on, level expectations, and other key factors. During this time, you’ll also learn about DoorDash and our interview process.
Round 1: Product Phone Screen
In this round, you will spend 45 minutes walking through 2 end-to-end case studies with one of our Product Managers.
Your interviewer will cover two main focus areas:
Round 2: Virtual Onsite Interview
The final interview will be a 3-hour virtual onsite interview day. There will be 4 focus areas as listed below and you can find additional information here.
