DashMart Overview


DashMart is a new convenience and grocery store from DoorDash, focused on delivering household essentials, favorite snacks, local favorites, and light groceries right to our customers’ doorsteps on-demand. The team may also participate in experimentation and growth of new warehousing concepts.

Our DashMart Structure

Operations Associate

Delights customers by delivering on our promise of fresh, local and reliable by picking and packing orders, stocking receivables, and managing inventory.

Shift Lead

Leads Operations Associates through their shift by ensuring the team is set up for success to work safely and productively, and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.

Site Manager

Owns day to day operations of one of our DashMart warehouses and leads a local operating team while ensuring we maintain high quality for our customers.

Interview Process

Operations Associate

  • Offer: If all goes well, our recruiting team will extend you an offer to join the DashMart family.

Site Manager
