About the Team

The Client Platform Engineering team is responsible for endpoint configuration, management and automation of macOS, Windows, ChromeOS and VDI. Additional responsibilities include the zero-touch onboarding flow for new hires, OS/third-party software patching and tier three escalations from service desk.

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Platform Engineer who values responsibility and accountability for the management of Windows endpoints, ChromeOS and Virtual Desktop solutions. Our growing environment is predominantly macOS and ChromeOS with plans to grow our Windows and VDI fleet. You will report into the IT Infrastructure Engineering Manager on the Corporate Infrastructure team in our Global IT organization.

  • Maintain code in GitHub and participate in peer review process
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop processes and ideas
  • Gain experience in macOS management

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have experience administering an Enterprise MDM system (preferably Windows on Microsoft Intune) and a VDI environment.
  • You have 3+ years experience managing the following tools for Windows support: Intune, Entra ID / Azure AD, M365, Autopilot, etc.
  • You have knowledge in CI/CD for client engineering processes and tools
  • You have 3+ years experience in one or more of the following programming languages (but not limited to: PowerShell, Python, Ruby, GoLang)
  • You have experience working in an Agile environment

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below.  Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.  For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.  Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
